Paul’s story is one of resilience, discipline, and relentless pursuit of excellence. Growing up on the streets of New Jersey with little guidance, he went on to become a highly decorated U.S. Navy veteran and later a visionary business leader who has built and led companies generating billions of dollars in revenue and enterprise value.

A lifelong learner, Paul earned his first bachelor’s degree while serving in the Navy, then continued his academic journey at some of the world’s most respected institutions. He attended Wharton Business School and Oxford University, where he earned his MBA in Finance and Accounting, followed by a Master’s in Project and Program Management from Brandeis University, a Juris Doctorate from Franklin Pierce Law School, and a PhD in Business Administration from Worcester Polytechnic Institute, specializing in Applied Artificial Intelligence.
